Our hens are a mix of heritage and other laying breeds. In the warmer months, they spend their days on pasture in a mobile coop, moving daily to access fresh forage and naturally fertilize the soil. In winter, they stay in a hoop house with passive solar heating, with plenty of space to move. They are fed organic grain year-round.

Eggs are available at Pickup Only: Because our hens follow a natural laying cycle, egg inventory fluctuates daily. Ask about our current stock when you arrive to pick up your other items. We’re happy to add them to your order if we have them!
