We’re building our herd of Irish Dexter cattle with a focus on 100% grass-fed beef. This small heritage breed, originally from Ireland, is prized for its marbling, flavor, and efficient grazing — a perfect fit for our pasture-based system. Our cattle are raised outdoors on diverse pastures, rotating to fresh grass to support healthy growth and soil stewardship.

The foundation of our herd is made up of five registered Irish Dexters — Galaxy, Eclipse, Buttercup, Daisy, and Jasmine — each with their own personality and place in our pastures. We’re excited to watch this herd grow and share the story of how we’re building a small, heritage-focused herd for quality grass-fed beef. We’re projecting our first beef to be available in 2027!
