We raise Berkshire pork, a heritage breed we chose for its flavor and consistency. The breed originated in England and has been valued for generations for its natural marbling and overall eating quality.

On our farm, the pigs are finshed on pasture with access to forage and a balanced ration. While we are not a certified organic farm, we feed our animals organic grain as part of that program. The result is pork that reflects both the characteristics of the breed and the way it’s raised — after all, happy, healthy pigs just taste better!
